Terms of Service.
Rules for accessing and using the LLMBiblos service.
1. Purpose
These terms of service (hereafter "Terms") govern access to and use of the website llmbiblos.ai and the LLMBiblos service (hereafter "the Service") published by BS GROUPE, EURL with €8,000 share capital, registered with the Créteil Trade and Companies Registry under No. 478 935 596, with its registered office at 14-16 rue Léon Bocquet, Appartement 6, 94100 Saint-Maur-des-Fossés, France.
Use of the Service implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
LLMBiblos is an AI-powered conversational agent designed to turn the content of a publisher's website into an assistant capable of answering visitors, recommending products or content, and driving conversion.
3. Access to the Service
The Service is available 24/7, except in cases of maintenance or force majeure. BS GROUPE strives to ensure the availability of the Service but cannot be held liable for any temporary unavailability or access issues caused by circumstances beyond its control.
4. Partner account
The llmbiblos.ai website is freely accessible for browsing. Certain services (publisher, advertiser or e-commerce partner areas), when activated, require the creation of a dedicated account. Where applicable, the user undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, and remains solely responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for any activity carried out from their account.
5. Financial terms
Use of the Service may be free of charge or subject to performance-based remuneration (CPC, CPA) or a subscription, depending on the use case and the specific terms accepted by the user upon subscription.
6. User obligations
- Not to misuse the Service for purposes other than those for which it is intended.
- Not to attempt to circumvent security measures or gain unauthorized access to the infrastructure.
- Not to publish unlawful, defamatory, infringing, indecent content or content infringing third-party rights.
- To comply with applicable laws, in particular regarding personal data protection, intellectual property and consumer protection.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its technology, interfaces, the "LLMBiblos" trademark and all of its proprietary content (excluding user content) are the exclusive property of BS GROUPE. The user retains full ownership of the content of their own website indexed by the Service.
The user grants BS GROUPE a non-exclusive license, limited to what is strictly necessary to operate the Service.
8. Personal data
Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and our GDPR page.
9. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". BS GROUPE shall not be liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, reputational damage) arising from the use or impossibility to use the Service.
In any event, BS GROUPE's liability is limited to the amounts actually received in respect of the Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the dispute.
10. Force majeure
BS GROUPE shall not be liable for any failure to perform any of its obligations resulting from a case of force majeure as defined under French law (article 1218 of the French Civil Code).
11. Suspension & termination
The user may terminate their subscription at any time, from their account or upon written request. BS GROUPE may suspend or terminate an account in case of breach of these Terms, after a formal notice that has remained without effect for 15 days.
12. Changes to the Terms
BS GROUPE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in effect at the date of use of the Service. Users are notified of substantial changes by email or via in-Service notification.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, any dispute relating to their formation, interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the area of the Paris Court of Appeal, subject to mandatory legal provisions to the contrary.
