How we collect, use and protect your personal data.
1. Preamble
This privacy policy describes how BS GROUPE (hereafter "LLMBiblos" or "we") collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors to llmbiblos.ai and users of the LLMBiblos service.
It complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended ("Loi Informatique et Libertés").

3. Data we collect
- Identification data: first name, last name, professional email, job title, company — voluntarily provided through the contact form or demo request.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited, visit duration, referrer (server logs).
- Service usage data: interactions with the LLMBiblos conversational agent, content viewed, detected intents, performance metrics.
- Communication data: content of messages sent by email or via the conversational widget.
We do not collect any special-category (sensitive) data as defined in article 9 of the GDPR.
4. Purposes and legal bases

5. Retention periods
We apply the data minimisation principle: your data is kept for as short a time as possible, only for as long as strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and is automatically deleted at expiry.
- Messages sent via the contact / demo form: 3 months from the last exchange, then deleted if no commercial follow-up has taken place.
- Prospect data: 12 months from last contact.
- Customer data: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then 5 years in restricted archive to comply with accounting and tax obligations (article L.123-22 of the French Commercial Code). This is an incompressible legal minimum.
- Server logs: 3 months.
- Conversational agent transcripts: 7 days, then immediate anonymisation for service improvement purposes.

You may request the early deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@llmbiblos.ai.
6. Recipients and processors
Your data is processed by authorised BS GROUPE staff. It may also be communicated to processors strictly necessary to operate the service, including:
- Vercel Inc. (United States / EU) — website hosting and CDN
- consentmanager (Germany / EU) — cookie consent management platform (CMP)
- FormSubmit — delivery of contact form submissions to hello@llmbiblos.ai
- Google LLC — audience measurement via Google Analytics, only if you have given your consent
- AI / LLM model providers used by the LLMBiblos conversational agent, exclusively to process requests in real time
- Standard email, CRM and billing providers used in the course of the business relationship
Each processor is bound by a data processing agreement compliant with article 28 of the GDPR. Any transfer outside the EU is governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (Decision 2021/914) and the additional safeguards recommended by the EDPB.
Your data is never sold to third parties and is not used to train third-party AI models.
7. Cookies
The Website uses cookies that are strictly necessary for its operation, and — subject to your consent — audience measurement cookies. You may change your preferences at any time from the cookie banner or your browser settings.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your data:
- Right of access, rectification and erasure
- Right to restriction and portability
- Right to object
- Right to withdraw consent at any time
- Right to define post-mortem directives

9. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data: TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 at rest, strict access controls, logging and regular audits.
